When this brand came on board, their Google Ads account was running on a basic setup, mostly Search campaigns with limited structure and almost no use of Shopping, Performance Max, Display, or Video. Conversion tracking and attribution were unreliable, which made it difficult to know which campaigns were actually driving revenue and which were quietly wasting budget.
For a B2B wholesale business, this is a costly problem. Order values are higher, sales cycles are longer, and budget decisions carry more weight.
